Our aim is to save companies the costs of advertising, reference checking, and the administration associated with the recruitment of staff.
As an example, did you know that the fee for a 5 centimetre by 2-column colour advert package in a local paper is approximately £450. Add to this the cost of administration, company time, and all the potential problems associated with selection and rejection of candidates and it becomes obvious that staff recruitment does not come cheap!
Here is our proposition
Before placing the advert give us a ring and we will match candidates from our database to your requirements. We will then send the CVs of these candidates to you for your perusal. If you then wish to interview them we can arrange times and dates. If you decide that our candidate is the right one there will be a one off introduction fee starting from £850.
If you that have dealt with Agencies before will know the normal charge for this kind of service is 12% - 20% of the annual salary of the candidate. So confident are we that we can place the right person, we guarantee that if for whatever reason the candidate leaves your employment in the first four weeks we will not invoice you at all.
Alternatively, you may decide that the candidates are not what you require, if that is the case then we will let them know that they have not been successful and there will be no charge.
